Artist has the right to refuse any commission
Refunds are allowed only if the just the sketch has been completed
Client must pay the Artist using PayPal in USD after the initial sketch has been sent, but before the drawing is complete. The client will not receive any more than the sketch if they do not pay in full
Client may use the completed drawing however they wish as long as they credit the artist
The artist will send periodic updates and the client may request any changes(within reason) until the final product has been sent.
Any changes the client would like to request after the final product has been sent can be discussed with the artist and an added cost will be negotiated based to how big the change is
